About
Why Nau Labs Exists
I'm Patrícia — a software developer working across analytics, product development, and AI automation, and an educator teaching analytics engineering and AI.
My focus is sharing knowledge that holds up — the foundations, not just the shortcuts. Nau Labs is where I document how to use open-source tools to solve real problems, from analytics pipelines to AI automations to full products, so other builders and technical leaders can skip the trial and error I went through.
The name comes from the “nau,” the ship Portuguese sailors used to reach places with no map yet. Nau Labs works the same way: build the foundations first, learn by shipping in the open, and leave a clear route for whoever's navigating next.
